Kad meso/ povrće proključa malo u pilećem / telećem / goveđem temeljcu..
A i voće se također može blanširati u aromatičnom temeljcu.

blansiranje mozes i iskoristiti kao pomocnu operaciju: recimo kad gulis kavadu za paradajz sosa, kratko je blansiras i nema problema sa guljenjem ; zatim mozes blansirati hrastiku da lakse savijas japrak itd
