Platis jedne da bi pravili nered, a onda od drugih uzmes velike pare da bi taj nered ocistio..

Cist primjer recimo, znam nekog sitnog hakera i dam mu 20 KM, kazem de malo napravi nereda na ovom forumu.. I on to uradi... Maja kud ce sta ce, tolike godine truda i para je dala, i onda joj ja dodjem, kazem mogu ti ja to sredit al kostat ce te 50 KM... I onda tom istom kazem de vrati sve kako je bilo, i forum opet u funkciji, a ja zaradio 30 KM
Isto tako rade i te velike firme, i ti ljudi koji proizvode antiviruse i kojekakve zastite po netu.. Jer tu je lova...

Zapadni mediji nastoje da prikažu Rusiju u nepovoljnom svjetlu kad izvještavaju o ukrajinskoj krizi, a njihov stav je svjesno rusofoban, izjavio je portparol ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina, Dmitrij Peskov. On je sinoć u intervjuu televizijskoj stanici TVT za emisiju "Pravo da znam" rekao da su zapadni mediji dobili u zadatak da Rusiju prikazuju u negativnom svjetlu, prenijela je agencija Itar-Tas.

Uprkos tome, Putin prati i ruske i zapadne televizijske kanale, a posebno one njemačke, istakao je Peskov.

Kad je riječ o medijskoj propagandi na Zapadu, Putinov portparol je objasnio da je rusofobija uvijek bila prisutna u medijskom praćenju događaja iz Rusije.

"Rusofobija se ponekad izražava vješto i elegantno, a ponekad otvoreno i grubo. Radi se o poplavi propagande koja bi posramila i Komunističku partiju Sovjetskog Saveza, a situacija se intenzivira u kritičnim trenucima, što je sada vidljivo u SAD i Evropi", istakao je Peskov.

On je dodao da se činjenice iskrivljuju čak i kad inostrani novinari iz Rusije šalju izbalansirane i objektivne izvještaje, koji onda dođu u ruke urednika.

Peskov je izrazio nadu da će, kad se prašina slegne a Rusija i Zapad ponovo uspostave obostrano koristan, umjesto dosadašnjeg ciničnog dijaloga, uloga i odgovornost medija postati tema međunarodnih razgovora o tome koliko daleko mediji mogu da idu u objavljivanju jednostranih informacija, u vrijeme kad budućnost zemalja poput Ukrajine dolazi u pitanje.

with support from Russian disinformation networks, and the focus is on xenophobia. Bosnia and
Herzegovina is the site of large-scale attempts to discredit the EU.

• In Kosovo, politics are unusually susceptible to news – and thus disinformation – from abroad.
Serbian disinformation plays a major role, sometimes with support from Russian disinformation
networks. More recently, interests liked to the Trump Administration have also gotten into the
game. There is little evidence of any impact in terms of the country’s Euro-Atlantic orientation,
however.

• In Montenegro, Russian and Serbian media are powerfully present, in particular with relation to
the country’s NATO membership and the 2016 coup attempt. Most disinformation, however,
remains domestic, and has been an important tool in internal political competition – used
particularly by the long-standing DPS-dominated government to discredit its opponents.

• In North Macedonia, the recent change of government has pushed disinformation largely out of
the state and mainstream media and into the margins, where it nevertheless remains
a powerful force distorting internal politics. Disinformation was critical in undermining
participation in the name-change referendum.

• In Serbia, disinformation dominates competition between political forces during and between
elections. The country has witnessed significant efforts by the government to falsify the record on
COVID-19, as well as large-scale international campaigns to undermine support for the EU and
NATO.
