As we have said in previous articles, awakening and enlightenment (consciousness) can be achieved by awakening the subtle spiritual energy sleeping in the sacrum (Sacrum ) at the base of the spine .

Information about the sacrum is worth exploring in detail. The anatomical term Sacrum is derived from hieron ostoun (Greek, meaning holy bone), and it has been adopted since the time of [Father of Medicine] Hippocrates (approximately 400 BC) It was later translated by the Romans as sacrum (Latin meaning sacred ). Halyah (chain or spine, Hebrew) contains the name of the god yah ( short for Yahweh yahweh ). Why is this bone always called the "Holy Bone"? That has been a mystery for centuries. Some people speculate that this bone was used in sacrificial rituals; some people think that it has the function of protecting the genitals (the genitals are also regarded as sacred), and perhaps the bone must be intact in the "Last Judgment" to hold redemption. The word Etzem (Hebrew meaning bone, essence; Egyptian tz means spine) contains etz (Hebrew means tree) as the root, because the sacrum sacrum (Hebrew means atz ) It has been repeatedly referred to as the seed form of the tree (Tree of Life, Genesis Chapter 4 ) [3] .
