Zovu i kore i mlinci i tirit pita ali nikada mi nije bilo jasno zasto je tirit pita. obzirom da ne ide tirit a vala nije ni pita.

Fudo ti je djelomično objasnio.
Pravi se od debljih pečenih jufki koje se prije slaganja u tepsiju potope u vruć pileći/kokošiji ili pureći temeljac.
Između jufki se slaže meso od kojeg je napravljen temeljac.
Kada se pita ispeče prelije se većom količinom temeljca u koji se može dodati još masnoće (ja sam dodala kravljeg masla). Tako prelivenu pitu vratiš još par minuta u rernu, onda je izvadiš, prekriješ nekom drugom tepsijom i ostaviš da odstoji oko 20 minuta prije posluživanja.

Dobro je to ekstra , nekako izmedju rostilja i kuhanja bude , al se raspada znaci i nije masno.

Budem istražila što se zove tirit pita.

Malo je drugačije tijesto jer se za mlince pravi sa jajima.
Meni su mlinci najbolji sa pačetinom.
