Pitam zato sto sam citala bas to sa serpicom i da ide u vrucu rernu i da se so stavi u jednu str, germa u drugu i onda pomijesa u brasnu, i da se prekuha na pomastenoj podlozi, jok na brasnu.

Ja stavim u ugrijanu. Tepsiju u koju dodam vodu prije pečenja stavim odmah u rernu kada je uključim da se zagrijava, a isto tako i pleh na kojem pečem hljeb.

od rezultata koji zelis. mislim da nisam dva puta radio isto. ovo vazi i za nacin mjesenja -hoces vece ili manje mjehurice.

Ja sam uvijek stavljala u hladnu rernu. Kontam kako se bude polako zagrijavala i hljeb ce se dodatno dizati kad vidju vraga

Od starog kruha napravila snite/przenice. Ne volim bacat hranu i rjetko kada se desi, a kruh posebno ne.
