Strijelci su poznati kao vedri i pristupačni šefovi. Uvijek su dobro raspoloženi i optimistični, pa ih ljudi slijede unatoč nedostatku prirodnog autoriteta. Oni vjeruju da je sve moguće, a svoj entuzijazam prenose i na druge. Nenadmašni su kada je u pitanju motiviranje ljudi, a nikada ne prisvajaju zasluge jer su svjesni da je uspjeh rezultat timskog rada.
