Joj baklava u po ljeta

kao da nije dovoljna vrućina ili sparina još to treba da te pukne u glavu

najbolje panakote i slično praviti i za Bajram... što laganije to bolje

Dobro izbalansirana baklava te neće pući u glavu.
A panakota ti može podići šećer više nego baklava, pogotovo ako preko nje idu oni zaslađeni prelivi od voća.

Stari mi ima dijabetes, testirala sam ga kada pojede baklavu i uopšte mu ne poraste razina glukoze, a poraste od laganog voćnog kolača, za koji nikad ne bih pomislila da je tako jači od baklave.

Prosla su vremena, bar ja tako mislim, kad se agda pravila 1kg secera 0.5l vode sad su ti omjeri puno blazi, ne kuhaju se do sirupa ( 7 minuta Max da vrije) I vecina dodaje limunov sok umjesto kriskica limuna.... Kad uspije baklava I hladna iz frizidera bude extra bez obzira na vrucine.

Ma nije samo agda u pitanju, već i masnoća i ostalo.

Baklava je jaka poprilično.

Doduše imaju one posne varijante... to mi kolegica pravi za Bajram pa donese svaki put.

Ima dosta razlike u odnosu na standardne baklave.

Te posne su ko slatke pite.
Baklava mora biti za bajram makar bilo 300 stepeni.
Ne mora je jesti ko nece al mora biti.

Ispusila - 10 minuta
Ugasila ga i usla u kuci - 1 minut

Nevidim razlog zbog cega je na ovoj temi 🙄ako slag nije ko beton ne mora znaciti da kolac nije ukusan.
