Recept u detalje i kuhanje , sta ,kako, koliko, na kojij temperaturi, jel stavljas i onaj zemljani poklopac na njih?
Ali evo(nazalost odokativno)
Izdinstam luk, dodam rizu, koncentrat paradajza i paprike, imala sam i paradajz sos od neki dan ostao mi, svez persun, nana, sirup od nara, so, biber, čili, to se krcka uz dodavanje vode jedno 15 minuta.
Motam sarmice, slazem u lonac (danas ravno 120 komada)
Prelijem sokom jednog limuna, vodu prst iznad zadnjeg reda, stavim tanjir i da prokuva. Onda smanjim na pola (6 ili 5) i pola sata kuvam (sa poklopcem). Danas sam malo duze kuvala, znaci 30 do 40 minuta. Pred kraj stavim puter jedno 50 do 100 grama.
A vidis, drugi put sam stvarno mogla u zemljani lonac pa u rernu![]()
Kuhas je kratko prije i onda jos pola sata ....meni se riza raskuhala bilo kremasto , jednom prvila i nikad vise...s mesom je drugo to pravim cesto i bude super

Ev hajd da ne bude da sam cicija... Matan jedini zaslužuje desetku samo zato što paradajz ne treba guliti kad ga onako stavi pored onog što mu viču. Paradajz treba oguliti kad se pravi neki sos ono u tečnom stanju i slično. Kad se ovako stavi nema potrebe guliti.![]()

Kod Zlaje su mozda sveukupno najbolji, ali taj radi dok ne proda cevape. Nekad i u 12 zatvori.

Tako je. Ni Italijani ne gule paradajz baš u svim situacijama za pastu i ostalo iako po originalnim receptima piše da trebaju guliti.
