novi dorucak, bircher muesli od jamie olivera:
jabuka, kruska (izrendati ih) i sok od 1 narandze pomijesati u veliku zdjelu.
200 g zobenih pahuljica.
coko sos: 2 kasike kakaoa, 1 banana, mlijeko (u blender).
preliti sosom, nasjeckati hurme i sve izmijesati.
pokriti folijom zdjelu hermeticki i preko noci u frizider.
izmrvis sjemenki po zelji, pa ujutro kasika, zdjelica, bobicasto voce. moze par dana stajati u frizideru
