Upravo tako ..nisam htjela praviti nikakav sos i jos dodatno ih peci u rerni...
ako je meso kupovala u turcina kasapina i naradila da se meso sjeca a ne melje, pa dodala saransaka i jaje kao koagalator onda je ovo kima a ako je mljeveno meso iz granapa onda su ovo sarajvski mesni kolacici. ruza naslikanana na tanjiru je podvala samo da bi zametnula kavgu o djulbastijama (kulbasti).

E, ovakve pite i bureke begenisem. Mrvu ulja, da podmasti tevsiju i mora biti po vrhu malko zagorena

Prvo paprike proprzis , dodas luk , pomaknem u stranu luk i paprike i poredam patlidjan ( kolutove potopim u slanu vodu , ocjedim ) . Patlidjan nakon par minuta okrenem , dodam paradajz , persun, bijeli luk ,vlasac , so i pustim sve nekih desetak minuta da krcka ...od svega meni patlidjan i saft extra ...zdravo , brzo kud ces bolje
