Bez pretjerivanja vrlo jednostavno ...smanji secer maximalno ( ja zivila od slatka kolaca ,torti ...) crni hljeb i to za svaki obrok 1 tanka kriska , punooo svjezeg povrca i voca , 2 l vode dnevno ...od februara do maja - 10 kg . Svaki dan radim vjezbe , imas app Lazy fit , fantazija ,nigdje ne moras ici i svaki dan od 15 - 30 minuta ....
Lako je Cohenu kad ima bruku nutricionista i kuhara sa sobom pa jede samo najzdraviju hranu držeći se planova.

A dobro, 25 minuta intenzivnog treninga dnevno jeste dovoljno donekle za održavanje forme. Ali treba biti baš intenzivan.
Ako se 10 minuta istežeš, 5 malo jače i onda 10 minuta iskoristiš za to nema od toga ništa u smislu mršanja i zatezanja tijela.
I Rum je u pravu. Ovo bez suplemenata nije moguće postići.
