Za pogace ne znam, a ustipci su nesto sasvim drugo.

U nasoj kuci su ovo uvijek bile lepinje.

Lepine su i ovo i ono u čemu su ćevapi izuzev Sarajeva itd. gdje koriste somun. Somun je tanji i prozračniji od standardne lepine.

Kod nas se tako pravi "goveja nedeljska juha". Samo se ubace i govedje kosti i meso, plus persun. I luk se poprzi da bude crrrn s unutrasnje strane, za bolji ukus.

I isto se kuha citavo dopodne na maloj temp., i bolje juhe nema.

Upravo tako , kosti , manji komad mesa za supu ,povrce , luk pecen na suhoj tavi ...6h se kuhalo , procijedila , sad se hladi i sutra cu skinuti masne " dukate " , u tegle staviti i u frizider.
